Your Zumio is in lockout mode. Hold the power button down for at least 5 seconds until the unit pulses 3 times. This takes it out of lockout mode. Try the Zumio again, it should now be working fine.

Yes, water based are recommended We suggest Zumio be used with water-based lubricants as silicone-based lubricants may degrade the tip materials. High quality silicone-based lubricants may be fine to use however we are uncertain of all brands and ingredients effects on Zumio parts. Zumio can be used comfortably without lubrication as well, depending on your preference.
