Zumio has a two-year Warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. If you are having a problem with using the product, we are very sorry to hear this, and we would like you to follow a 3-step process.

Step 1.
Contact us at customers@dreampress.myzumio.com immediately with your issue, or you may review our ABOUT US Customer Support FAQ information page. The most common problem is a user has accidentally put Zumio into TRAVEL lockout mode by pressing the ON-OFF button for too long. Simply hold the ON-OFF button down 5 to 10 seconds until the unit pulses 3 times. This will take Zumio out of lockout mode and try Zumio again, it should now be working normally.
Try putting Zumio into Travel lock-out mode by holding down the ON-OFF button for more than 10 seconds. It will pulse three times then turn off. Press and hold the On-OFF button down again for 5 to 10 seconds to take the unit out of Travel lockout and go back to normal use mode again.
If this does not solve the problem, then recharge the unit overnight and repeat this process. If Zumio still does not turn on and run properly then go to step 2.

Step 2.
For a product that does not operate, return the product in the original packaging to the place where you purchased it and ask about their replacement policy. If you have purchased the product online from the Zumio Webstore then contact customers@dreampress.myzumio.com and we will immediately replace your Zumio if it is found to be defective in any way. Our customer service team will help you with a quick email based verification of your product problem.

Step 3.
If you have completed steps 1 and 2 with retail stores other than the Zumo Online Store and are not satisfied, then you are welcome to email us as the original manufacturer at customers@dreampress.myzumio.com and explain your situation. Please provide a copy of the bill with the place of purchase clearly shown on the bill. It also helps if you take a picture or short video of the product problem and also an image of the serial number on the back of the Zumio, halfway up the body of the unit. It is a 6-digit code. Send your purchase information in the email to us and we will respond quickly and find a way to resolve your problem.
