I love my Zumio – great purchase BUT it would have been helpful had I known there was a “safe” mode so it doesn’t accidentally turn on. It would not turn on!! Called 1800# – hold the on/off button for 5-10 seconds until the Zumio vibrates then it works again. I must have turned on the safe mode while trying to get it working when battery was low. I found out safe mode goes ON exactly same way as it goes off by holding the on/off button down until the Zumio vibrates. This needs to better communicated in the booklet in the package.
